Madison County Man Charged with Rape, Sexual Abuse of a Minor

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. — A Madison County man is facing serious charges after an investigation into allegations involving a minor.

According to an arrest warrant, 35-year-old Jordan Lothridge was taken into custody by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office on November 12. The arrest followed a Kentucky Department for Community-Based Services investigation into what was described as a “risk of harm” situation.

The warrant states the alleged sexual abuse took place over the span of a year, between June 10, 2024, and June 10, 2025.

During an interview with investigators, Lothridge reportedly denied all accusations. He is currently being held at the Madison County Detention Center.
